Are consultations done before all services?

Yes, there is always a consultation before a treatment. This helps your therapist to specialize your treatment to the best of their ability.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

We recommend all clients scheduling their appointments at the beginning of the week if they want an appointment on a week day, 2 – 3 weeks in advance for Friday or Saturday. We highly recommend pre-booking appointments before leaving the salon if you see a specific service provider. Walk-ins are permitted if time is available.

Will you remind me of my appointment?

Yes. Your appointment will be confirmed 24 hours in advance.

When should I arrive?

We suggest that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you the opportunity to change, relax and to let the staff know of any special requests or questions that you might have.

What if I am late?

If you find yourself running late for an appointment, please call our Customer Care Coordinators and let them know so that they can inform your Service Provider to see if it would effect any other clients scheduled that day. We will always do our best to accommodate you when it is possible.

What if i have to cancel my appointment?

Although we know unforeseen circumstances may arise that prohibit you from giving us proper notification for missing appointments, 24 hours notice of appointment changes is requested. Appointments that are missed without notification will be charged 25% of the price of the services. Please allow us to reserve all visits containing four or more services with a credit card.

What causes my skin to dehydrate?

Age is an important factor in skin dehydration, but there are several other factors responsible for dehydrated skin, including environmental conditions (wind, cold, and sun) as well as fatigue and stress. Dehydrated skin has an impaired hydrophilic film that deprives the skin of its natural protection so that it becomes dry and rough. Dehydrated skin lacks suppleness and the complexion can look dull.

What results can I expect?

Age spots and fine lines are reduced, pores are unclogged, acne is diminished, collagen is stimulated and a more uniform tone is evident. Most clients report that their skin seems softer, tighter, smoother and younger-looking.

How long does it take for make up to get done?

The procedure will take between 15 minutes to an hour, depending on what you are having done.
